Q: Do you ship outside the US?

A: Yes, we ship world wide! As a matter of fact, we have photographers using our products in over 32+ countries around the world. Shipping charges are totaled during time of checkout.  

Q: Are the prices shown in US Dollars another currency?

A: To check what currency is currently being displayed, go to the menu bar and click the currency selector drop down menu. Currency selections are shown in your countries three character code (Ex: USD, EUR, CAD, MXN... etc.)  

Q: I want a color that is not on the site. Do you guys make custom colored camera straps?

A: Absolutely!  If you think of a color or color combination that is not yet on the site, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to make your idea into a camera strap!

Q: Is tracking provided with every order?

A: Yes – for all shipments of any Osiris & Co. products tracking is provided. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of order completion. The Osiris & Co. team does its best to process all orders in a timely manner. 

Q: What happens if I ordered the wrong size or color camera strap / bracelet?

A: In the case where you receive your order and the size or color is not exactly what you expected, simply mail your entire order back to the following address.

Be sure to include a note inside your package back to us with your original order number and a brief explanation stating the requested new size / color. Once we receive your return, it will be processed and a new tracking number will be sent your way.  

Q: What happens if my tracking says delivered but I don't have my package? 

A: Unfortunately, we cannot control the USPS delivery system. This is why it is very important to provide complete and accurate address information as this is what the USPS will use to deliver your package. It is also important to note that having tracking means that the USPS can use your tracking # to find your package's last known location. So in the event of a missing package, it is best to contact your local post office as soon as possible and notify them of the issue.

Q: What happens if my Osiris & Co Order gets lost in the mail?

A: In an effort to protect the Osiris & Co. and the customer, a tracking number will always be provided when purchasing any Osiris & Co. product. Once the tracking description says, "delivered" the Osiris & Co. Team cannot be held liable if an item goes missing.  Please contact your local USPS to have them put a tracker on your package.  We will do what we can to help support you in the process. 

Q: What if I lose the screw to my bracelet? Do i have to buy a whole new strap? 

A: We understand it happens and for that reason, we have created the ability to purchase replacement screws in all colors. You can find that link under our "Accessories" page or by clicking the following link :

Q: What do I do if there are problems with my Osiris and Co. product?

A: For any questions or concerns, please email us by clicking here or by emailing us at : - We are based in the US and all production is done in the US which helps our company address your needs and concerns ASAP!  Please try to include any details about your order (order number, address, pictures).  We do our best to respond within 48 hours to all requests.  If your product is approved to be returned by our Customer Service team, there will be a 15% restocking fee withheld from your credit.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.
